FAQ

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you pay in advance, you will also receive an email with payment confirmation.
Data upload can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, depending on the size of the order.
If you do not receive an email, please check the email address you entered and your spam folder.
If the email still hasn't arrived, please contact us.
You can always check the status of your order in your customer account under the Orders tab.

In the downloadable MCLAB program:
Click the Add to cart button in the product editor.
After adding the product, you can continue creating others and adding them to the cart.
Projects will remain in the cart until they are ordered or removed.
You can add any number of projects to the cart and set the number of copies.
Once you have all the projects in the cart, go to the cart and click Order.
Complete the order in your web browser.

In the online application:
Add the product to the cart with the Add to cart button in the editor or in the Projects tab of your account.
Continue creating and adding other products.
After adding all products, proceed to complete the order.

Important:
If you submit multiple orders one after the other, it will not be possible to merge them. You will therefore have to pay for shipping for each order separately.
It is not possible to combine projects from the online and desktop applications in a single order; they must be ordered separately.

If you received an email informing you that data is missing for your order, please proceed as follows:
Open the MCLAB program.
Select the Open existing project option.
Choose your project (its status will be marked as Waiting for files).
Click Send files.
Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions and click Start.
Once sent, the data will be automatically assigned to your order.

You can find the status of your order in your customer account under the Orders tab.
The information is updated approximately every hour.

We produce photo products on the top-of-the-line Fujifilm Revoria Press PC1120, which guarantees high-quality printing with vibrant colors and precise details. We are one of the most modernly equipped digital printing facilities in South Moravia.
After receiving the data from your order, the files are automatically converted into a print-ready PDF.
Note: The data is not checked or edited in any way before printing.
Your photo products are therefore printed exactly as they were submitted. The entire process is automated without manual checks. For this reason, we recommend that you carefully review your project before submitting your order to prevent any potential errors.

When ordering a photo product, you can choose the delivery method—for example, home delivery via a shipping service, to a pickup point, or personal collection in Modřice near Brno.
The standard production time is approximately 8 business days, depending on current workload (e.g., during holidays, the time may be longer).
If you are in a hurry, you can pay extra for express production, which guarantees a shorter production time and quick handover of the shipment to the carrier.
Note: The production time is calculated from the order confirmation and does not include the delivery of the shipment by the carrier.
