The warranty for photo products only covers material defects, functional errors, or errors that occurred during production.
Every monitor displays colors differently - the colors and contrast on your device may differ from the result on our printer. Printing is done on a professional Fujifilm Revoria Press PC1120 printer, with settings calibrated directly by the manufacturer.
We recommend editing and checking your photos before embedding them in a photo product.
A color deviation between the print and what you see on your monitor is not a reason for a complaint.
The warranty does not cover errors caused by poor quality of the provided materials—e.g., dark, overexposed, or blurry photos.

Although we strive for our products to be flawless, an error may sometimes occur. If you discover a problem, please write to us at info@mcl.cz. Describe what is wrong and attach photos of the defect.
The warranty covers material defects, manufacturing errors, and functional defects.
We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping. If the product arrives damaged, a complaint with the carrier must be filed within 2 business days of receipt.
We will process your complaint within 30 days of receiving all necessary documents.
If the defect can be repaired, we will repair the product.
If the defect cannot be repaired and the product cannot be used normally, we will provide a new one.

We are sorry if this happens, but our company does not examine or edit your photo books. Before submitting your order, please check that the calendar pages are in the correct order and that your calendar is set up correctly.
Errors that occurred during the creation process are not a reason for a complaint.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by the provided materials, such as objects placed too close to the edges and incorrectly cropped.
